"Dead Barges" contemporary figurative painting

Dead barges half submerged in some willow trees near the mouth of the Yazoo River.  Places like this with dead trees or barges are good places to fish.  During the spring rise you could even get croppie close in when the water is deep.  You fish around the trees like you would for bream, only deeper.
